I ordered 6” but had to take 10” instead since the smaller one was out of stock. Shipping took about a week so I was worried that the plant might not be in a good condition. To my surprise, the packing was great; came with ice pack, my plant is still healthy and green. A few leaves fell off but still in good condition. I am happy with my purchase. Thank you!
Amazing customer service and unique plants! I bought ylang ylang tree and it arrived very fast and is happy in new home. Very satisfied and highly recommend this company!
The tree was just as described, great communication, packed well, and arrived looking good. A couple little extra stuffers in the box was a nice surprise.
I think my plant will die. I received it with limpy leaves, they’ were all down. And now they’re all gone. I don’t see anything sprouting. Is there any chance it will still survive.
