About Verdant Lyfe: Growing Together Since 2020
Verdant Lyfe was created from a deep passion for plants. Ofra Gaito transformed her lifelong love of greenery into a thriving business. For years, she found comfort and joy in caring for plants, using them as personal therapy through life’s challenges. In 2020, she chose to share that passion with others—launching Verdant Lyfe to inspire both seasoned plant enthusiasts and new green thumbs alike.
Based in sunny South Florida, we offer a curated selection of houseplants, stylish exclusive planters, and plant-inspired home décor. Our collection is thoughtfully assembled to reflect seasonal trends and provide unique, eye-catching greenery for any space. We focus on uncommon plants not typically found in local nurseries. We also specialize in carnivorous plants and are the largest supplier of them in South Florida. In addition, we offer an extensive selection of Lucky Bamboo twists in a wide range of sizes. Many of our plants are pet-friendly.
Verdant Lyfe also hosts a variety of workshops every two months—from terrarium and succulent workshops to our popular preserved moss art frame workshop.
We proudly ship hundreds of orders nationwide on a weekly basis and have developed specialized packaging techniques to ensure plants travel safely through both hot summer months and cold winter weather. We take pride in sourcing all our plants from Florida farms that blend organic practices with sustainable agriculture, ensuring every plant you bring home is healthy, vibrant, and grown with care.

I’m very pleased with my purchase. Having seen it in a magazine article, I wanted the mounted elk horn Fern. But I never expected such good customer service. In today’s environment, it’s unusual to find companies (and employees) actually fulfilling promises. Verdant Lyfe astounded me by contacting me with updates on the delivery. I had given a post office box; they called to explain that it would be better to use a street address as they could not guarantee the plant’s health if shipped by nail. When the plant arrived, it was carefully protected during shipment. More so than I anticipated. I will definitely purchase other plants.
