Where do you ship?

We currently ship live plants exclusively within the United States. Planter pots, accessories, and other non-plant items are available for international shipping; however, shipping rates vary by destination.

We are able to ship live plants to California, Texas, and Louisiana, and include all required certifications and documentation.

How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders exceeding $150* within the 47 contiguous United States. Please note that eligibility for free shipping is determined based on the order subtotal, calculated before taxes and after the application of any discount codes. Complimentary standard shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

For orders below $150, shipping charges are determined based on the destination region, including the East Coast, Midwest, West Coast, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

We do offer Express shipping based on your order value, which may include UPS services, 3-day select, 2nd day, or overnight shipping, depending on your location and distance from Florida. 

When do you ship?

If your order contains a live plant, we take into account the current and anticipated weather conditions where you are located and may delay an order to ship on a Monday or contact you directly to recommend 2nd day or overnight shipping if not purchased at the time of the order. We strive to ship all our orders as soon as we receive them however, we do not ship out on Friday - Sunday due to shipping delays.

For orders shipping to California, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Washington State, Nevada, and Utah the orders may be delayed to ship out on a Monday or a Tuesday following your purchase date. You can contact us at hello@verdantlyfe.com to find out exactly when your order will ship. 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We typically ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Coral Springs, FL. Once your package leaves our greenhouse fulfillment center, it can take 1-3 business days to reach you. We ship with UPS, Fedex and sometimes with USPS.

As we ship live plants, we want to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. When temperatures drop below 20°F, we delay shipping until conditions are warmer to ensure the plants arrive safely at their destination. You will receive an email notification from us regarding any delays. We also recommend adding a heat pack and a thermal bag to your order.

What happens if my box or plant arrives damaged?

Please make sure to hold onto your box and send us an email with photos to hello@verdantlyfe.com so we can get a replacement out to you and file a claim with UPS.
