Starfish Succulents are a favorite in our greenhouse and we are so excited to have this Huernia Zebrina available now.
Although it looks like a cactus this is actually a member of the milkweed family and native to the deserts of Africa. They prefer warmer drier climates. Let them dry between waterings. Typically blooms from the months of June - September. Loves warmer and dryer temperatures.
Available in the following packaging based on your preference:
- Nursery Pot - Standard plastic 4-inch planter pot that can be placed inside a larger pot or left as is until it outgrows it.
- Marie Terracotta Planter - 4" Terracotta planter with matching saucer for drainage.
If your plant needs added humidity our Plant Mister would make a perfect addition to your plant shelf for both function and beauty.

Better than expected. Very healthy and was packed in perfect size container. With no broken stems.
This plant arrived alive but because of pieces that are broken in the center it's not aesthetically pleasing. It's also red which if I'm not mistaken means too much direct light.
Very disappointed. When arived all the soil that was in the pot was loose in the box as well as was the plant itself.(Or should i say pieces of a plant) Of all the plant there was only one small piece that had any roots at all, the rest were just bare pieces of plant. I repotted and being a succulent also placed all the unrooted pieces into the pot hoping for the best. Its now been a little over a week and 90% of the plant is shriveling up and turning yellow but the one small piece that had some roots is still hanging on so i guess if that peice makes it i’ll have about 10% of the plant that was sent. Very disappointed.
