My plants came frozen, but they replaced them.
Everything shipped in the insulated bag and arrived perfect even though it was really cold in my area. I also used it when I went to a local plant store and they all complimented me on it!
The insulated thermal reusable works well with the heat pack. My plant arrived safely.
I really am glad I purchased the insulated shipping bag. It kept my plant safe and I also used it at Christmas when I gave my daughter in law some plants.
We used the thermal cold weather shipping bag with two heat packs. Our plants were shipped on very cold days and though they arrived somewhat cold, they survived I’m sure because of the bag and heaters.
