Bonsai Procumbens Nana, also known as the Dwarf Japanese Juniper belongs to the family of compact size and beautiful, textured foliage trees. They are symbols of beauty and strength, conveying qualities such as harmony, serenity, patience, and elegance. They represent the idea of a perfect balance between nature and art, representing how people can attain peace within themselves. As bonsai trees are kept small through very careful pruning, they also represent a life-long commitment of patience and dedication to a task.

Available in the following packaging based on your preference:

  • Rectangular decorative container -Comes in decorative Bonsai dish including pebbles. Size 6.5" x 4.7" x 2.35"

They make a beautiful gift as they combine natural beauty with human creativity.

Place your bonsai outside or indoor in a bright location with indirect sunlight. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry, and ensure that excess water can drain freely from the pot.  Junipers prefer a humid environment. You can increase humidity by placing the bonsai on a humidity tray filled with water and pebbles or by using a room humidifier. Mist your bonsai a few times a week and the best to do so is at sunset.

Fertilize your bonsai with our Lyfe Nutrient Fertilizer once a month during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce fertilization in fall and winter.  Regular pruning is essential to maintain the bonsai's shape and encourage new growth. Wiring can be used to train the branches, but care should be taken to avoid damaging the delicate foliage.  Repot your bonsai every 2-3 years in early spring before new growth appears. Use a well-draining bonsai soil mix and prune the roots as needed.  Junipers are cold-hardy, but protection may be needed during extreme cold spells. Keep your bonsai in a sheltered location or use a cold frame to protect it from freezing temperatures.

Whether you're a garden guru, a landscaping lover, or just someone with a penchant for extraordinary nature, the Bonsai Procumbens Nana is the lovely addition you've been waiting for. Get ready to turn heads, spark conversations, and transform your garden into a whimsical wonderland.
